Two writing updates

I've spent the past five years writing Science in the Media: Popular Images and Public Perceptions with Barbara Ley, and now it's finally in print. The book looks at how media messages portray science and scientists, along with how those messages influence audience members.

I've also been working on The Spirit Wastes, the sequel to The Spirit Hollows. I'm around a third of the way finished with the first draft. It's been a blast revisiting Zora and Quinn's world.
